Weed Professional allows you to manage and control weeds more efficiently. This software is designed from the ground up to help you collect and organize the information you need in your work. Weed Professional helps you keep a complete photo documentary; fax, print, e-mail or export Inspection Reports; print envelopes and labels and create form letters; import owner data from any source; keep track of parcels, owners and tenants; and store weed information, including type, severity, acres affected, and control measures.
Your computer should be a Pentium 166 or better, with 16 meg. of RAM, CDROM, and at least 200 meg. of hard disk space free.
A word about Commands.
In this manual, commands that correspond to keys on your computer keyboard will be bold and in capitals. For example: the enter key would be ENTER. Other commands for Window 95/98 or Windows NT will be in bold, such as File and Start. Mouse commands will be to click (click the left mouse button), double-click (click the left mouse button twice, rapidly), select (choosing an object by clicking on it), or right-click (click the right mouse button). Let’s begin the installation.
Windows 95/98/NT:
Start Windows 95/98 by turning on your computer and letting it boot up.
You should see the Desktop on your monitor (the Desktop is the screen that appears after you start your computer. Program icons are arranged on the desktop screen for easy access).
